Quick and Delicious Healthy Snacks You Can Make in Minutes

We all want to have a healthy diet, but sometimes it is difficult to do so due to lack of time and busy routine. I too have always been worried about how to eat something healthy quickly and it tastes great too. That is why I searched and made some snacks that are quick to prepare , tasty , and also good for health.

These snacks are not just perfect for satisfying your daily hunger but also for providing the body with the necessary nutrition. In this blog, I will share with you some recipes of such snacks along with my personal experience , which I have tried myself and my family has also liked very much.

1. Oats and Fruit Mix

Whenever I am in a hurry and have less time for breakfast, I always make oats and fruit mix . It just requires oats, chopped fruits, some dry fruits and honey and mix well.
Personal experience: I always used to feel hungry early in the morning before going to office and I often used to reach for junk food. When I made this oats mix, not only did my hunger pangs subside but I also felt a mild rush of endorphins as it tasted so good and was healthy.

  • Tips: Do not add too much honey, so that it does not taste too sweet.

2. Nuts and Seeds Snacks

Nuts and seeds have always been energy boosters for me. I add walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to it.
Personal experience: Once I was very tired in office and did not feel hungry until lunch. I ate these nuts and got a full boost of energy for about 2 hours. It not only satisfies hunger but also refreshes the mind.

  • Tips: Store it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh for a long time.

3. Yogurt and Berry Bowl

In summers I often make a yogurt and berry bowl . I add yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and a little honey to make it tasty and healthy.
Personal experience: Once I went on a picnic with friends and I made this bowl. Everyone loved it and I was very happy to see that healthy food can be so tasty.

  • Tips: You can also add granola or chia seeds to it.

4. Vegetable Sticks with Hummus

The combination of carrot, cucumber, capsicum sticks and hummus is one of my favorite snacks.
Personal experience: I was feeling hungry in between meetings at work, so I ate these sticks. I felt instantly calm and energized. Apart from being healthy, I love its crunchy texture.

  • Tips: You can also make hummus at home, this makes it even healthier.

5. Homemade Protein Bars

I learned to make my own protein bars and now they have become a part of my snacks. It contains oats , honey, peanuts, and dry fruits .
Personal experience: When I go to the gym, these protein bars boost my energy and are also beneficial for muscles. It is not just food for me, but like a small victory of success .

  • Tips: Store it in an airtight container so that it remains fresh for a long time.

6. Fruit Smoothie

Whenever I feel tired or short on time, I make a fruit smoothie . I add banana, mango, yogurt and a little honey to it.
Personal experience: This smoothie always gives me a mood boost and helps me start my day on a positive note.
